Hushed Conversations in Delhi Metro.

In the Metro, at 8 o’clock in the morning the only thing on my mind is a nice pre-office nap. But somehow I’m always next to people whose phones buzz when I’m about to doze off. Then I am a forced listener of their hushed conversations. In most cases eavesdropping is not intentional. In buses, trains, elevators we all end up picking up conversations between random strangers. But there seems to be a unique frequency in which committed people converse in, particularly over-the-phone conversations. Since I’m a ‘people in 10 meter radius know what I’m talking about’ person, it fascinates me how I don’t catch a word of their conversation. And mind you, I have really sharp ears.

One of the biggest giveaways that a person is in a relationship is the relationship he/she has with the phone. They are endlessly glued to the device. I’m not being unromantic here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with talking to someone you love. What they talk about for so long (each and every day) is not my concern at all; it is the subtle art of speaking in hushed voices which gets me all curious.

At first, I thought it is just girls who talk this way, all coy and whispering sweet nothings and maybe their boyfriends endure it for god knows what reasons. But the stories that I’ve heard from committed men and their friends are just awe inspiring. So these days, I’m not shocked to know that some person used to talk to his girlfriend for 17 hours at a stretch and to top that in that super amazing unique frequency.*rimpoche*.After listening to such endless stories from them (yeah, committed people like to tell singletons how amazing being in love is.:P) I had to know the secret of how to talk like they do on the phone. So I rolled up my sleeves to do some serious research on this. As you get older (like I’m) the number of committed people drastically increases or maybe you just start noticing it more now. Most singles find this very depressing but I on the other hand look at the brighter side. Now, I simply have more specimens to observe. Pathetic maybe, but being an optimist never hurts.

Every day in the metro, the station corridor, sidewalk, etc I started to observe (committed) men and women while they are on the phone. There are times when they plainly shoo me away, some like the fact that I’m staring at them*wink*, some don’t give a damn and I’m sure some find me creepy even. But such things shouldn’t deter one. I have even tried to apply all the observation in practice but in vain. All I got from my friends was “why the hell are you whispering?” and “I can’t hear you, is there a network problem?” and this was enough to induce an uncontrollable fit of giggles. The people, with whom I’ve shared my curiosity and the unaware committed junta, to whom I‘ve asked some really stupid questions, seriously think I’ve gone nuts or probably evolved to a higher level of absurdity.

Maybe someday I might be able to master this great art or may be not. For now, when the person sitting next to me picks up the phone to murmur to his/her love, I simply doze off.

Gujarati people are peaceful.Gujarat is the believe to be the safest state of india where girls can easily roam at anytime without fear. Although there is a big dark spot of Godhra 2002 riots, but now Gujarati people have moved on. It was past and people of Gujarat always believe in future. But some political parties and politicians raise Godhra issue number of times for their personal benefits. These are those people who did 1984 sikh riots and called themselves secular!!!

Now a days Gujarat is femous for one more person, none another then Narendra Modi Chief minister of Gujarat for his good governance in the state. No doubt in the fact that Gujarat was prospered from beginning but because of Modis extra ordinary efforts now Gujarat is more prospers

Duniya jhukti hei, Bus jukane wale chahie

There are so many incidents in which you can find people getting mad after celebrities.
I m not saying that we should not give attention or importance to them, but don’t u think one should always keep in his/her mind that What actually he/she is??

I had an experience today. I went somewhere when one actor came there for his movie promotion. People especially girls like "Ohhh SRK...wow..and its not limited to girls. One man around (40-45) giving flying kiss to him. People like literally running behind him. And I was like whats this?? Kuch bi??

Yes I do agree that we should give importance to people but do we really need to give importance What they are not deserving??
In India I don’t understand one thing, Why people have these much time that they are eagerly waiting for some celebrities for number of hours?? If u don’t do this thing then u will have many more important work in your life.

They r making money in one day or week which is not possible for earning exactly same amount even one middle man's whole life.

Many actors r there who are not able to dance or act well but ya they are God businessman, they can dance in your private party and charged you 3-4 lacks.
Well exception r always there in each and every field. If u giving importance to Amitabh Bacchan then its a worth because he deserve that.

IRCTC MEI APPKA SWAGAT HEI

To get a confirm ticket of Indian railways is a nightmare for common people.
I had to go Delhi for my personal work and I booked my tickets before 15 days but it was not confirmed.

I was in positive mood (as I am optimistic person) that my ticket will get confirmed but this time IRCTC made me pessimist as 48 hr before my ticket had same position W/L 3
So I decided that I should book ticket in TATKAL. but I can’t do it through web site as I know how IRCTCS web site works. If one wants to book ticket in tatkal that means it’s as hard as to climb Mount Everest.

So I decided to go to railway station. Tatkal window generally opens at 10 a.m. I went to station at 7:15 a.m and was thinking that no one will be there but I was wrong, when I reached there I saw 50+ people were already there in a queue on different window.

I was standing in a queue and observing people. I found that there were so many people who came there in the morning 5 a.m for book tickets!!! Few people were friendly and started conversation with each other, some were sleeping. But everyone has same goal and that to get confirm ticket.
I was so tensed as I had to reach Delhi next day in any condition. It was Sunday morning inspite of taking sleep I was standing in a queue. I never felt tension like this before that moment, not even in my university final exams.

As time pass everyone had only one question in their mind that can we get confirm ticket or not?? I found all kind of people were there from higher class to middle class to lower class.

Finally time arrived and its 10 am tatkal window opened and fortunately I was 4th in my line. When my turn came that man who was sitting there gave me weird look I gave him my form and still he was confirming all the details in rudely manner. I was like it’s his duty why he was behaving like this?? Government  gave him salary for this but I didn’t speak anything as I wanted to book my ticket asap.

Finally I got confirmed ticket in MUMBAI-DELHI Rajdhani , I paid him and when I saw my confirm ticket with my name I turned around and proudly left my line like I won world cup or I won war against my biggest enemy.

There were so many people who didnt get ticket, felt pity for them but I was happy as I got confirmed ticket;

Mr.Pawan kumar Bansal 70-80% Indians travel by Indian railways, please try to understand emotion of “Aam Aadmi” and do something for Indian railways apart from fare hike.
